I’m an entrepreneurial People leader, HR consultant, and advisor with over a decade of experience helping high-growth companies scale with speed, precision, and impact. I’ve built and transformed People functions across FinTech, HealthTech, Manufacturing, and Professional Services, working across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

I bring the dual perspective of corporate and startup environments. From my time in large, complex organisations, I carry the discipline of strong foundations, compliance, and navigating large-scale change. In fast-paced tech scale-ups, I learned to apply product principles, move at speed, and innovate in how People teams deliver impact. I bridge these worlds, combining corporate rigour with startup agility to design People strategies and products that serve both business and employees.

I’ve led global transformations at Klarna, Electrolux, PwC, and ZOE from rolling out performance frameworks for 6,000+ employees with 99% adoption, to creating real-time People dashboards that enabled Exec teams to make faster, data-led decisions.. I’ve automated 70% of People Ops tasks with AI-enabled workflows, redesigned compensation strategies, and scaled leadership programs with high adoption.

As an advisor, I work with HR teams and business leaders to build high-performing organisations, unlock productivity, and embed product principles into People practices. I support HR leaders through sensitive ER matters, people strategy, and team design — providing practical, proven guidance.

Raised between cultures and having worked across London, Stockholm, and Sydney, I thrive in diverse, global contexts.
